It's the first day of school and Jack is proud to show-off his missing front tooth. On a perhaps related note, he was actually anxious to have his photo taken before we headed to school. |

When Cate was introduced, however, Jack decided it would be unbecoming to stand anywhere close to her. She edged closer and closer to him while he fought (and eventually lost to) the urge to bolt. |

To be perfectly honest, I didn't think it was anatomically possible for a front-tooth to migrate to the space vacated by another tooth. In all seriousness, it was like this for several days, and it definitely freaked some people out. |

We got so tired of looking at the wandering tooth (and Jack's unwillingness to demonstrate his dominance over it) that Lisa took matters (literally) into her own hands. Within fifteen seconds, it was extracted. |
